Authors (and brothers) Paul and David Wiebe write in the Preface as follows: "In collaboration with our good friend and colleague, Rufus Gurugulla, a leader in the Mennonite Brethren Church of India and a world-class photographer, we have chosen to do our best to capture both in spirit and in truth the colorful presence of the Mennonites and their churches within the background setting in Andrha Pradesh . . . that is, to capture in pictures at least some of the reflections of how the 'love of God' manifests itself among our brothers and sisters here . . . and we trust that as you go through the pages that follow, you will be able to agree that this has been possible."
